Both sides had to settle for a point after a goalless draw in this League Two clash in Devon.
The Mariners’ best chance of the first period came when Omar Bogle headed over from a corner but it was the hosts on top with Lee Holmes testing James McKeown from distance and Robbie Simpson volleying over when well placed.
In the second half, the home side was again on top but Reuben Reid couldn’t find the target with lofted efforts, hitting the crossbar and then landing a further strike onto the roof of the goal.
